My current operating system of choice and favourite Linux distribution by far is Arch Linux. A few years back, I made the transition from FreeBSD to Arch mostly because of issues with the graphics card on my Laptop. Although the situation has improved, I still find it easier to run Arch for working, programming, etc., while running my servers with FreeBSD or Debian.

I am the maintainer of some packages in the Arch Linux User Repository, also known as AUR. Here’s a list of all maintained packages. I expect this to contain mostly packages that I require for my research, or shameless plugs for my own software. Consider yourself warned!
